Yeah correct, if everything equal a lower CTR is metric that affects ranking.

Hi there! According to our research,
For top of search, CTR is around 2-5%
For rest of the search page, CTR is around 0.5%-1%
For product pages, CTR isaround 0.2-0.4%

And as we mentioned in our article, overall, the CTR in general averages out to about 0.4%
